Jacqueline is a Nicaraguan-American theatre artist with a passion for Latinx representation in the arts, beginning her journey with theatre in 2011 at a local children’s theatre in North Texas, she knew this was what she wanted to do for the foreseeable future. Having a passion for musical theatre, devised works, Shakespeare, and design, she tried to learn as much as she could. Performing in Les Miserables (Fantine), Urinetown (Pennywise), and Romeo & Juliet (Nurse) at Genesis Children’s Theatre, she wanted to develop her skillset through academia. Since at UT-Arlington, she has performed in numerous productions in educational and regional theatre, such as A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Tom Snout), Boy on Billboard (Natalie/Alex), Sweeney Todd (Ensemble), and many more. She is delighted to learn and grow even further!
